Dr. Strange's spell erased everyone's memories on who he is so how could Wanda still know? She didn't know why Peter didn't think she remembered him which she only knew him briefly during the Civil War and the Final Battle with Thanos after reversing the blip
But not affording a risk of being discovered again they had to talk alone and once they were Peter went first
