Blood-shedding Revenge

Chapter 1

It all began with a sinister night; she never thought that a night could change her life for worse. It would transform her from a naive girl to a mature and an avenging woman. The night that made her full of vengeance, full of regrets which would lead her future towards a dark tunnel. A year ago Aanya’s life was nothing but normal yet filled with happiness. Being a part of a middle class family, she was living with her younger sister Dhruvi and her parents Asha and Suresh, in a small but a cozy house in a busy city like Mumbai. She was a firm believer of Ganpati Bappa, she would always thank her Vygna Harta for blessing her with her lovely family members and her caring friends. Dhruvi and Anya had only 2 years age difference and they were attending the same college.  Anya was in the last year of college whereas her sister had enrolled herself for the first year, the same degree as Anya. Her father was about to reach his retirement age from a government job and her mother was a homemaker.

“Please, ple…ase, let me go. It wasn’t my fault; I was just following my master’s order.”
“If you let me go now, I promise that I will not disclose anything to anyone and I give my words that I will not hurt any innocent individual in the future.”
“I beg you… to let me go in the name of God” Bala said.
“It is rightly said that karma is a bitch or what goes around comes around, BALAA JI (sarcastic tone) don’t you remember how we pleaded in front of you to leave us in the name of Almighty! What an exact imitation of situation and words of plead, however, only the roles have reversed. Now the victim will be the culprit or should I say the decision maker and vice-versa.”
“Insects like you are present in this world just to decay it; I have to ensure that I smash vermin like you, your teammates and your master under my foot so that humanity won’t be destroyed.”
Eshika opens the bottle cap that has a yellow liquid in it. A scuffle occurs between her and Bala, as he tries to avoid drinking the liquid, scared of the unknown substance in the bottle, after a long battle in which Bala was evidently tired as he was tied up on a wooden chair with some ropes, Eshika took advantage of this situation as she shoved the liquid down Bala’s throat, the liquid started showing its result within 2-5 minutes, leading to burn the areas of Bala’s throat to his intestines. The process was so painful and disgusting to witness as it showed Bala skin peeling off and his insides boiling and practically being cooked up, his cheeks were melting too showcasing his cheek bones and jaw bones. Bala was so helpless at that moment as he was just waiting for death to speed up its action and free him from the pain he was facing. His sight would terrify any sane person but there she was standing tall and elated upon her action and witnessing Bala’s dreadful death. One could see relief on her face while waiting for Bala’s death. Not soon after Bala’s body was rotting and he took his last breath and bid farewell to his present sorry state.
“My first step towards my mission has been a success, my vengeance will only assure that I succeed in destroying the lives of those who’ve snatched away all my happiness and made me the gory person I am right now. No one will be spared, no one! This is just the beginning; all of you just wait and watch I am coming for you all! Enjoy while you all can, only until you meet your gruesome deaths.”
