"If only you're not wounded, I would've punched you!"

Tahimik kami habang nasa kiosk. Iris is so angry while making calls. Sina Tippy at Mikka naman eh tumulong na rin sa paglilinis ng sugat nina Rage at Dan.

"Nauna siya, ah! Wala akong kasalanan!" Levi defended himself. "I would've thrown a punch, too, if it we— ouch!"

Diininan ko ang paglagay ng povidone iodine sa sugat niya. Ang dami pang sinasabi, eh.

"You must have provoked him or something? And it became a big mess!" inis na saad ni Iris bago bumalik sa phone. "Attorney, hello!"

Lumayo siya ng kaunti para sa privacy. I sighed. This is a really really big mess.

"Ano ba kasing nangyari? Why would he punch you out of the blue?" I asked quietly.

It was Zach and his friends that actually started the fight. Zach punched Levi then the others started fighting. People were already panicking but some even took some videos. Huli na noong dumating ang security ng De Valle.

Tumitig siya sa akin bago ako sinagot. "Nag-uusap lang naman kami noong mga kakilala namin na tiga-basketball team nila. They saw us and started talking shit about you, knowing we're listening. Hindi naman ako nakialam, I just said something then he lose his patience and ended up punching me."

"Hinayaan mo na lang sana," saad ko habang nilalagyan ng band-aid ang sugat niya sa may noo.

"And let them continue to disrespect you? No, thanks," he scoffed.

God, why is he like this?

"Lord, gusto ko lang naman malinis 'yung sugat ko bakit naman may naglalandian dito sa gilid ko?!" agaw atensyon ni Dan. Uno and Rage hooted.

I sighed before turning to them. "Kasalanan niyo rin, eh. Bakit kasi sumugod din kayo?"

"Aba naman, beshiecakes! Sinuntok si Levi syempre gaganti kami," sabat ni Uno na may hawak na ice pack.

"Ayee love love niyo talaga ako."

"Oo pre, I love you sagad," then they started making noisy kiss sound.

I cringed. Ibang klase rin 'tong magkakaibigan, eh. But it's actually good to know that they'd never leave Levi to suffer alone.

"My only regret is not being able to punch him, though," I heard him mumble. I glared at him. At talagang may plano pa siyang gumanti.

"Makaganti man lang ako sa ginawa niya sa'yo," he whispered.

"It's not your job, Levi," sagot ko. Ganitong mga galawan niya yung magbibigay sa akin ng false hope, eh.

Narinig naming bumukas ang pinto ng OSA kaya napalingon kami. Lumabas doon si Coach Tim pati na rin ang dati kong Coach sa SDC ng De Valle.

Lumapit si Coach Tim sa amin while my previous Coach only gave me a side glance before walking out.

"I thought I already told you to behave. Then what is this," Coach Tim pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration. "The Director will talk with the other party first before deciding on what to do. Ang laking isyu neto. At nasa ibang university pa naman din tayo. Tatanda akong maaga sa inyo!"

I bit my lip. I should really apologize because I feel like it's my fault. Kung wala sana kaming issue ni Zach eh hindi sana mangyayari 'to. Levi got punched because he said something to defend me.

Before I could say something, I felt Levi squeezed my hand. Nilingon ko siya and he gave me a tight smile.

"It's okay. It's not your fault. None of it was your fault," he reassured. How can he know what's going through my head?
