I sat with my head hung low slouched in my chair not even acknowledging my teacher rambling on about nonsense.
"Nicholo....earth to nic" sky whispered.
I obviously heard them but chose to ignore them.
"Nic", they repeated themselves.
"NICHOLO!" She said for the third time calling out for the whole class to hear.
"That's a second strike now you pair, I will split you up next time, it's every lesson lately," Miss Lawrence sighed in disappointment.
Me and sky just chuckled to each other not caring.
Diego snickered in amusement giving us a side-eye.
"Same for you Diego, after-school detention for all three of you, it's always you three."
"But Miss what did I d-"
"do you want a third one?" She retorted instantly.
Diego slid down his chair in annoyance. "He's so petty," I mentioned.
"Anyways what were you daydreaming about, nic?" Sky leaned in front of my face raising their eyebrows.
"Is it about what happened earlier?" They smirked.
I just shoved their face away laughing.
