Chapter 6

Grace and Tom glanced at each other as the female decides to search up the Dream SMP. Tom on the other hand, was worried that she'd see results with him in a thumbnail. But she only did animations in the search. Which showed the Sad-ist videos that he had reacted to on stream when they came out.

"It looks interesting. Maybe one video of the animation and then I'll be drawing Tom. And Tom gets to choose which one we watch."

He chose Final Waltz since it was the latest in the lore and because the best representation of the roleplay can be seen in that one especially. He remembered going with Tubbo to face Dream to get the discs back and then the reminder of exile when Dream blew up their items. They had worked for hours getting that gear only to lose it. But since both only have one canon life left, they weren't going to risk it.

And Grace seemed to love it. At the end, she comments on certain moments that caught her eye and how she'd love to make fluid animations like that. The thing that bothered Tom was how Grace dismissed the discs.

"What I don't understand is why a disc would be so important. I get that maybe sentimental value to items exist, but if you lose something and can't get it back, just get a new one. The scientific term for whatever this disc war is the Endowment Effect. Where a person places more value on an item they own rather than the same thing if they don't own it. I learned that from a show my little brother watches." Grace states.

"The discs have a lot more meaning to them than you know. I watched the streams and they got independance from the Greater SMP. It was called L'Manburg." Tom stated. "But that doesn't mean discs should decide the fate of a person or a country. If I were there, I'd knock some sense into TommyInnit and Tubbo so they know that a disc is not worth the risk of someone's life. And the Dream guy is a pretty good villain. But you and I can agree that I'm the better Villin here." She chuckles.

"Dream is a green bastard who manipulated me in Exile and almost killed Tubbo if the others didn't show up and save us." Tom grumbled. Tom realizes what he just said and Grace is staring at him in confusion. But Chat was having a field day with the reveal. And that was when more people joined the stream, all because he slipped up and pulled his online persona out once he got comfortable with Grace and her stream.

"Tom, you said you watched the streams. But now you're saying that you know the Dream and Tubbo guys from the animation. What is even happening anymore?" She asked the blonde next to her.

Tubbo Donated £100!

"Tommy is just trying to impress you with his knowledge of the SMP"

"What? Thank you for the donation but what?!" Grace exclaims while Tom was messaging Tubbo to not donate again. And to find out how he found the stream.

Tubbo Donated £50!

"I have sources, bossman. You can't tell me what to do."

Tom groaned while Grace was astonished with what was happening. Chat was going feral at this point with Tubbo confirming the very thing that was confusing Grace. And that was the fact that Tom was TommyInnit.

"I barely understand what is going on but, I guess my own friend was secretly a streamer like me. Tom, would you like to call your friend Tubbo?" She chuckled. He sighed as he pulled Discord up on his phone and called Tubbo. Who answered right away.

"Hey Tommy. Hi Grace!" The boy greeted. "Why the fuck did you say no to me through a fucking donation on the stream? I didn't want Grace to know I was TommyInnit until I was ready to tell her." Tom practically shouts into the mic.

"Tommy, you have to understand that she was bound to find out at some point." Tubbo states. Grace nods. "If I didn't learn now, the twins probably would have forced me to watch your videos and I would've learned without you being present. And that reminds me, they've been having me watch Dream's manhunts recently. I could care less about stuff like that since I'm only interested in graphic design and animation."

"You do animations?" Tubbo asks. "Yep! I usually post one once a week. The fans request the topic of the animation and I do research into it before working on it. Sometimes I'll do random short animatics that are about my OCs. And those are just me telling a story of their lives." She explains.

"Would you do an animation for the Dream SMP? Like, moments Tubbo and I have done there? Or even Origins SMP?" Tom asked. A smile tugs at Grace's lips as she turns to look at him.

"I don't know. What do I get in return for doing this? When fans request, it's free. But other content creators, hm, I'll want something in return. And I'm saying no to money right off the bat." She chuckles.

"What?" The blonde male states in disbelief. Tubbo was also surprised but he spoke up anyways. "How about you get to choose to join Tommy's server or the Origins SMP server? Sounds good enough for you?"

"What do you think, Tommy?" Grace smirked as she said his name. She watched as the boy next her went from surprise to that of a challenge.

"How long will it take you to finish? Depending on how long it takes and the amount of views it gets when released, is how we'll determine this." He answered.

"How many views should the video have for you to uphold your end then?"

"50k views. And at the end, you need to add that TommyInnit is the best Minecraft streamer you've ever met."

"Inflated ego now that you've been outed. Trying to promote yourself on my stream. And saying I need to get 50k views on the animation once it's posted on my channel. Never thought I'd get such an interesting deal. And I get to join one of the servers Tubbo mentioned afterwards?"

"Yes. So, will you take the challenge?" Tommy asks. Grace presses a button to turn the face cam on and she holds out her hand to show the stream it was a deal. Tommy smirks into the camera and takes ahold of Grace's hand and shakes it. Chat goes wild as many clip the moment and post everywhere.
