"Okay, so you're gonna have to sit down while we explain this." The random freshman says.

"Who even are you?" I ask him

"Me?" He says

"Yeah. You," I tell him

"Oh- I'm Dustin. Dustin Henderson? We have gym together," He says

"Cool. So, Dustin. If you don't give me a logical explanation to why Eddie Munson was just talking about Chrissy 'hanging in the air', I will be calling the cops. So make it quick, okay?" I say, giving him a tight-lipped smile.

"First of all- I didn't hang Chrissy. I said that she was floating in the air, without me doing anything to her- at all. Believe me," Eddie says, his face partially lit.

"And I know I sound super crazy and you guys all think I'm lying but I'm not," He says

"No. We don't think you're crazy," Dustin says

"Don't bullshit me, man! I know how this sounds," Eddie says, sounding genuinely scared.

"I wonder if he really is telling the truth, or if he's just a really good actor," I think

"We're not bullshitting you," Max says

"We believe you," Robin tells Eddie

"Look, what I'm about to tell you- tell you both" he says, looking from me to Eddie

"It might be a little...difficult to take," Dustin says

"Okay.." Eddie says as I nod my head

"You know how people say Hawkins is...cursed? They're not way off. There's another world. A world that's..hidden. Beneath Hawkins. Sometimes it...bleeds into ours." Dustin explains

"Like ghosts?" I ask him, intrigued.

"There are some things, worse than ghosts," Max says, giving this room an eerie aura.

"These monsters, from this other world...we thought they were gone." Dustin says

"But they've come back before, and that's why we needed to find you," Dustin says to Eddie

"If they're back again, we need to know," Max says

"That night, did you see anything?" Robin asks Eddie

"Dark particles, maybe?" Max adds

Eddie shakes his head

"It would almost look like dust, swirling dust," Dustin says

"No, man. There was nothing you could see or, uh..or touch," Eddie says

"How do I know you all aren't lying to me?" I say, now kind of scared

"You know I tried to wake her," Eddie says to me, "She couldn't move. It was like she...she was in a trance or something,"

"Or under a spell," Dustin proclaims
