"Here, take this. Bukas, punta kayo sa bakery, may binilin ako kela Ate Eri niyo. Kilala niyo naman 'yon. Punta kayo araw-araw doon ha?" Bilin ko sa kanila at binigay ang natirang cookies.

"Bakit po, Ate? Aalis ka po?" Tanong ni Sarah.

"Yeep, hindi ko pa alam kung kailan ako babalik kaya hindi ko kayo mapupuntahan dito simula bukas. Sabihan niyo lang si Ate Eri niyo or Kuya Jo kung may gusto kayong bilhin, ibibigay nila 'yon" sabi ko sa kanila.

"Okay po, Ate. Maraming salamat po, mamimiss ka namin" sabi ni Sarah at niyakap ako.

"Miss kita Ate" wika naman ni Jane. She's three years old kaya hindi pa siya nakakapag salita.

"Mamimiss ko rin kayo, okay? Kapag binugbog ulit kayo ni papa niyo, puntahan niyo sila Ate Eri. Alam na nila ang gagawin. Bye, Sarah and Jane!" Sabi ko sa kanila at niyakap ulit sila bago ako umalis para umuwi sa bahay.

"AY, SHU—" napalingon naman ako sa likod ko at nakita ang isang grupo.

"S-sino kayo?" Tanong ko. Hindi naman sila naka uniform kaya confirmed na hindi sila kulto.

"We're what they call Halflings" sabi ng isang babae at nginitian ako, not in a creepy way.

"What's a halfling..?"

"Half Olympian and half Human, we are the chosen holder of the Gods' and Goddesses' powers. We were human but we were chosen noong hindi paman kami na anak so after we were born, we became their child" sagot ng isang lalaki.

"Ha??" Ano raw? Olympian? Olympus?

"We really should not talk about that here, outside. Let's go to your house. Trust us, your grandfather sent us here to help you" a girl said.

Should I trust them? I mean, they know my lolo.

"Who am I looking for?" Tanong ko sa kanila. Of course, if pinadala sila ni lolo, they should know why.

"You're really smart. The Moon Keeper, that's what you're looking for" sagot ng isang lalaki and smiled.

"Follow me" sabi ko at naglakad na papunta sa bahay.

Lolo mentioned to me once na may protective barrier daw ang bahay namin. No one can enter our house unless their intentions are pure. Of course naniwala ako noon kasi bata pa ako pero wala namang masama kung paniwalaan ko ito diba?

Binuksan ko na ang bahay namin at nauna akong pumasok.

"What are you waiting for?" Tanong ko sa kanila at tinaas ang kilay.

"God Hesperus is really smart in putting a protective barrier" sabi noong isang lalaki at pumasok sa bahay.

Nagsunod-sunod din sila ng pasok.

They're safe.

"Again, we're the Haflings. I am Arta Ray, just call me Art, I am the daughter of Apollo. This is Adrienne Plou, call her Rien, she is Hades' daughter. This is Aphrodite's son, Amarro Dylan, call him Dylan. This is Poseidon's son, Nero Finn, call him Nero. This is Demeter's daughter, Viviana Syn, call her Ana. This is Leo Dynami, Ares' son, call him Leo. And this is our Leader, Son of Zeus, Astro Zephyr, call him Astro. We're tasked by your grandfather to help you find the moon keeper if you have the courage to find her or him, we assigned Leo para bantayan ka kaya nang makita niya na may balak kang hanapin ang moon keeper, nagpakita na kami. Sorry for scaring you, tho. That was Rien's idea, hehe" mahabang litanya niya.

And the one who I thought was stalking me is Leo, Son of Ares, para lang bantayan ang move ko at ideya 'yon ng anak ni Hades, ang God of Underworld.

"Uh, hi? I'm Nycht Callista Asteri. Call me Cal. Thank you for coming here, I guess?" I said and smiled at them.

"Actually, madumi pa talaga ang bahay kasi naglilinis pa ako—" naputol naman ang sasabihin ko nang biglang nalinis ang buong bahay.

"You're welcome" sabi Dylan at nag wink. Pag ba talaga anak ni Aphrodite kailangan mahangin?

"You don't have to do that but thanks, you guys just sit comfortably sa sofa. I'll just get something sa taas" sabi ko at umakyat na sa taas para kunin ang envelope na nakita ko kagabi.

Pag baba ko ay nakita ko sila na nakaupo na at nag-uusap.

"Hesperus' house is really big, pwede ring maging kaibigan ang papa mo, Rien?" Rinig kong tanong ni Dylan.

"If you can, go" sagot naman ni Rien.

Hesperus.. who?

"Who's Hesperus?" Tanong ko pagdating sa sala kung nasaan sila.

"Oh? You don't know your lolo's real identity?"

"Ha?" Anong real identity?

"Your lolo is Hesperus, the former God of the Evening Star, he was replaced by Theo Allistair after your lolo chose to take care of you here on Earth. You didn't know that?" wika ni Ana.

"No.. lolo is so mysterious. He is very open to me yet mysterious. Wala akong alam sa buhay niya because he won't tell me kahit magtanong ako but he'll tell me everything. Just not his life." sabi ko at umiwas ng tingin sa kanila.

Lolo's a god. A former god. But why... if he is a god then my father is half Olympian because from what I saw last night, part Olympian ako. If Lola is an Olympian too then I should be a half Olympian, not part Olympian. So Lola is a human. Then my father is a Halfling like these people, my mother is also a human.. which leads me to a part Olympian.

That's why my blood type and DNA can't be determined. I have ichor running down my body.

I remember! Lolo always gives me food that I don't know! Is it what they call ambrosia? It is to keep the immortality of a god.

"Pero, kung god si lolo, he should be taking ambrosia too, right? He shouldn't die..." I said.

"Your grandfather is my father's good friend. From what I've heard, he stopped taking Ambrosia two years ago because he wants to live his life as a human and he wants to be with your grandmother who is a human... I'm sorry for your loss" sabi ni Rien. I nodded at her and smiled.

Lolo, you really love Lola, no? I hope you are happy with her kung nasaan man kayo. I love you both.
