"Thank you all, thank you. As I promised, this city will be a haven for everyone." The Elder Council all said in sync to one another. They stood on the balcony of the large building they where in. The White City is what they called the remnants of this once great city of the free, it was once called The City of Bridges. We're connected to The White City by these old bridges.
The city of thieves, the city of liars or the slums are on the outside where ruins stand. "This is a place of peace" the Elder council will say when ever they have a message for the public.
