Cartoonz heard Lugo calling him so he walks around the crashed black hawk and found him trying to shut off the transmission.

Cartoonz: (shocked to see what Lugo found) The fuck? Lugo, is that what's making the transmission?
John: (busy typing) Yes sir, this is what we're looking for... Whatever it is.
Cartoonz: What do you mean?
John: (busy typing) By the looks of this thing, it's a distress beacon, but it ain't military. Someone built this out of spare parts.
Cartoonz: Any idea who did it?
John: (busy typing) No sir, no fucking clue. Whoever built this must be smart. This thing has some remnant parts and earth tech altogether.
As Lugo continues typing and still trying to shut it off, Cartoonz looks up at the sky.
Cartoonz: (thoughts) "Maybe that Ghost Operative must be the one who built it. Man, no wonder Ghosts are the best of the best. Hope Jaune will find 'em."
At Jaune's place, In the deep Forest
In the deep forest, Jaune walks cautiously and still keeps his rifle up as he is following the blood trail to find any survivors. As Jaune keeps going, his radio made a sound.
H2O Delirious on the radio: Delirious to Arc Knight, do you copy?
Jaune: (uses his radio while staying focused) This is Arc Knight.
H2O Delirious on the radio: Permission to ask a question, sir.
Jaune: (uses his radio) Permission granted. What's up, bud?
H2O Delirious on the radio: Well uh... Is... Is there a girl that you like before you arrive on earth? You know, crush thing.
Jaune: (uses his radio) Why do you ask?
H2O Delirious on the radio: Just curious, man.
Jaune: ...... (uses his radio) Used to be, but when I confess my feelings towards her, she rejected me. Also, she hates me a lot.
H2O Delirious on the radio: Damm... Must be a cold rejection.
Jaune: (uses his radio) No need to tell twice. But when time went past, she and I were cool. We considered ourselves friends.
