Samrat's Happiness!!!

Days, beautifully and somewhat with hardships had passed.

It was a lazy Sunday.

A heavily pregnant Pakhi was sitting in the balcony soaking the sunlight as half a month was still left in her due date.

Samrat entered there with a tray placing the teacups.

P- You were going somewhere, Isn't it?

She said stretching.

He asked keenly.

P- Bahut zyada.

Sm- To baba ki tarah footballer hogi baby.

P- Hoga!

He sighed.

Sm- Pakhi.

P- Hmm?

He presented a small anklet of silver in front of her.

P- Wow. Show, show this.

She said making the ringing sound with the anklet.

P- But, what if it's a boy?

Sm- Uhm! I don't know then.
But still what do you think?

He said keeping his hand on her stomach.

P- Just the baby to be healthy, nothing else.

He smiled in response.

She hissed in pain holding her back suddenly.

Sm- What happened? You don't seem to be fine since 3 days. Spoke to doctor?

P- Hm I did. That's the pain before labour pain. She told me to be ready.
Your biology is weak? General knowledge too.

She said sipping on the hot tea while he smirked.

I shall leave for Delhi by 4th of the upcoming month.

P- Delhi?

She asked nervously.

Sm- What happened?

P- You'll go? I'll be alone without you Samrat.

He said grabbing her hands.

Sm- Please. Kuch nhi hoga baby ko. Why are taking it so seriously? I already told you, doctor ne possibility batayi hai.

P- Samrat, Can you make me a promise?
