Male, but he also uses they/them pronouns. He is transgender.

SEXUALITY: 
On the ARO/ACE spectrum, he is Demisexual [he can't fall in love without having a bond with the person]. I roleplay him as this, but he may not outright say it because he is still discovering his identity, and that includes sexuality.

Slim, his muscles usually don't show unless he flexes, but he is still toned. He's got more flexibility than raw strength.

SCAR AND TATTOO MAP:
Tongue—He's got mild phantom pains on his tongue, usually more noticeable to him when he talks about ROOT.
Chest—Double Incision T-Surgery Scars, not very straight lines due to the fact he got the surgery done illegally.
Right Arm—He's got an ANBU mark on his right arm, along with a tattoo of a lion, used as a backup weapon for emergencies. Since it's made of ink and he drew it himself, he can animate it.

HEALTH:
Physical—Good. Slightly malnourished but preforms well.
Mental—Bad. He suffers from flashbacks and hallucinations of his past, and his moral sense is screwed up. He shows signs of mild Stockholm Syndrome, although he can get past these.

Sai has synthesia, but the type where certain colours have certain meanings to him, even unintentionally. If you looked at his paintings, you could tell what the colour means to him.

Sai is autistic [which isn't truly a health condition, I just didn't have another place to put this].

Allergies—Most usual household cleaning products, they make him feel dizzy [in the Foundation, they use a special type of cleaner, and he grew up in the forest. Since he's not usually exposed to these, they make him feel sick when he is.]

Sai occasionally wears glasses, usually when he's working on a serious, planned painting, or reading for a long period of time. Reading glasses.

FUN FACTS:

Sai's paint lions are actually a type of Japanese Mythical Creature called a Komainu, which is sometimes depicted with a horn.

He doesn't initiate unless he knows the person well, but he won't say no to an invitation, mostly out of curiosity. He is still Demisexual, but it applies to the actual relationship section. He doesn't have relationships with everyone he has sex with, which is not many people.
