The Secret Romance (Garfield x Sonic)

Just friends? Right?

Garfield was peacefully trying to fall asleep after a long day of eating lasagna and bullying Odie, when he suddenly heard a knock at his window.

He went over and looked to see Sonic standing right in front of him.

"Sonic? what are you doing here so late?" Garfield began "what if Jon or Odie wake up and see your are here they would kill you."

"shhhh Garf, chill out nobody will know I am here as long as we are quiet" Sonic winked causing Garfield to blush.

Garfield has always felt a little nervous when he is around Sonic. But that's probably just because he knows he shouldn't be talking to Sonic, or maybe its something more.

Sonic and Garfield chatted for a while. Talking about their interests and anything else that came to mind. Garfield loved looking into Sonic's weezer blue eyes, (I know his eyes are green I don't care) he loved the jokes Sonic would make, and the way he would always know exactly what to say.

After a while Garfield heard a noise coming from outside his room. And what sounded like foot steps coming closer

"Quick Sonic hide!" Garfield faked being asleep and Sonic sped out the window and all the way back to his house in no time.

"Hey Garfield are you okay? I thought I heard some noise coming from your room?" Jon asked.

"Must be my stomach rumbling for more lasagna." Garfield said in his most tired voice.

"alright then." Jon shrugged and went back to his bed.

That was a close one. Good thing sonic is fast. I wish he could have stayed longer though.
His soft fur and gorgeous eyes could make anyone fall instantly in love.
But what Garfield felt towards Sonic though was normal... right?
