45. Omnipotence. Part 2

The twins didn't waste a time after the nod Dalton had gave them. They were given Emmelyn's Dragon Eye necklace to channel from. "You ready?" Allison asked her brother, who nodded.

"Phasmatos tribum melan veras raddiam onu pavadus ponemus." They chanted once, their eyes began to glow brighter and brighter. "Phasmatos tribum melan veras raddiam onu pavadus ponemus." After the second chant their glowing eyes slowly dimmed, revealing their human eyes. "Done." They looked back at Dalton. "What's next?" They added in sync.

"Well," he started, "we need one of you to chant: 'Med dette seglet, cum soluta nobis saman' while the other gets what's needed from the others." He stated gesturing at himself and the others.

The twins looked at each other mentally debating who's going to chant and who's going to do everything else. They eventually came to a decision after a few hard slaps and a few glares at one another. Matthew volunteered to chant while Allison did everything else.

Dalton nodded. "Okay first, before Matthew begins chanting, we need Cole to use his seraph blade to draw that symbol," he pointed at the symbol he'd drawn a minute or two ago, "on the floor, in front of Matthew." Cole nodded. "Then Allison we need you to cut Dana's hand and go over the symbol, same with Aria, cut her hand and use the blood to retrace the symbol." Dana, Aria and Allison nodded. "We need you, Allison, to pull out a tuft of Will's wolf fur- that's the weirdest thing I've ever said- then place it in the centre of the symbol." Allison nodded again as Will lowered his head, as if nodding. "Then Gabe we need your Fox-Fire to combine those three elements." Gabe looked over at everyone before lowered his head in a nod. "After Em, we need your Heaven Fire to be sealed on top of it, normal fire won't work, it has to be Heaven Fire." Emmelyn gave a thumbs up. "Finally Allison will join the chant in with Matthew and channel my magic, to put it all together. So guys give Em back her Dragon Eye."

Matthew nodded giving it back to the girl in half dragon from, just her wings, tail and dragon horns were on show. "I swear we're forgetting something." Emmelyn pointed out, everyone thought so as well but none of them had time to check what they were missing, so they all just shrugged it off.

And so everything began. Matthew started chanting, his eyes closing before snapping them open with a pale white colour showing instead of his brown ones. "Med dette seglet, cum soluta nobis saman," were his words and he kept on repeating. After Matthew had said it at least once, Cole turned over towards Dalton who gave him a nod to start his part. Cole held out and drew a circle, messily, before drawing an arrow going through it which points downwards.

"Med dette seglet, cum soluta nobis saman." Matthew continued. Allison already had a knife, cutting into Dana's right hand letting the blood flow out of his hand, she took his hand and placed it at the top of the circle. She and Dana traced around the symbol on the floor, using his blood and once they were done she lifted his hand up and turned towards Aria who already had cut a bit of her hand, ready to do the same. Aria taking longer to heal than Dana, but the others were able to find her a piece of clothing so she could wrap the cut with. After so, the young brunette went to Will and instead of pulling out a tuft of fur, she used the knife to cut some off, in order not to hurt him and placing it in the centre of the symbol like Dalton said.

"Med dette seglet, cum soluta nobis saman." Matthew chanted again, his body feeling like a feather as he kept on repeating. It was now Gabe's turn, he turned his back to the symbol and began to rub his tails together. After a second or two fiery-lightning flew from his tails to the symbol setting it alight for a second.

Emmelyn was up next, her eyes turned red and reptilian. She puffed up her cheeks as big as the would go and blew. Everyone scattered behind her except Matthew who continued to chant. A white flame then left her mouth landing on the circle and the arrow going through it. It took a second for the Heaven's Fire to trace the pattern, but once it was done it stayed there glowing a huge light onto the ceiling of the throne room.
