Everything was going perfectly, Emmelyn was knocking out many Samurais making them burst into dust. But that only stopped when one Samurai suddenly charged at Emmelyn with his sword in hand and stabbing right into Emmelyn's left eye. It was clear that this man knew a lot about dragons, mainly their weak spots because dragon eyes have no proper protection. She fell to the ground, her eye red from the stab, as Samurais clambered to hold her down, climbing on top of the dragon.
She looked through the gaps -with her good eye, of course- at her friends fighting and more or less winning. Allison working with her brother, Alex, Aria and Dalton working in a group, beside them was Cole his seraph blade shining even with all the blood on it, finally she looked at the wolf and fox, who were powering through the Samurais, along with the one she called her boyfriend, Dana who had blood all over his shirt. At that moment she saw how much he enjoyed fighting back. Everyone else was winning, except her. But not for long.
She used all the strength she could muster, she pushed all the Samurais on top of her onto the floor before blowing a great gust of fire at all the Samurais that lay there. As they disappeared into small black dust, she continued to knock Samurais down. Even with sight in one eye she felt she was doing pretty good.
On the other side of the room, Cole could hear Emmelyn be thrown onto the floor. It caught him off guard, letting the Samurais do a kesi giri where their swords swung up from above their heads to Cole's left and right shoulder. It made the sandy, brunette boy fall onto his knees, but he was quick to stab them in the torso and bring the seraph blade up to their neck. He wasn't sure where all these moves he did came from, but what replayed in his mind was when he was little watching Star Wars and wishing he could have a light-saber like the ones in the movies.
Cole quickly got back onto his feet, swinging his seraph blade around, stabbing it into some Samurais before pulling it out from their chest and fighting with others. He got to admit all of this fighting was giving him an adrenaline rush and he never felt good about fighting, ever, until now. It might have been fighting alongside his friends, or that he was fighting for the good side that made him like it all, he wasn't really sure. But he kept his mind focused, focused on the task in hand. His granddad, his friends' grandparents needed them to be quick on killing the Samurais before doing something Dalton knew. He hoped at the end of the day, the Garuda would be killed and all that is left was them sorting out the problem with Emmelyn and signing a contract saying they will be the next Zortzi Handia.
"Dalton, duck!" Allison shouted at the blonde before throwing a dagger at the Samurai behind Dalton. He ducked before dagger hit him. She continued slashing her daggers into the Samurais' chests, making them fall on top of each other.
Alex, Aria and Dalton were surrounded, it didn't help that Aria was shattered but luckily all her injuries had healed so she could keep going for a little longer. She would slither along the floor and take people out with her tail, she would sometimes lean up and use her long spindly teeth and bite open a Samurai's neck, that or claw their throat out.
"Phesmatos superous em animi... Phesmatos pyrox morsinus illum." Dalton mumbled as the Samurai fell to the floor crying in pain, as Alex came along and sliced his neck. "Lihednat Dolchitni." He said to another as they began to suffocate then fall to the ground. He aimed both his hands a two Samurais and chanted, "phesmatos incendere ad pulvox." This caused the two Samurais to fall to the floor dead, almost instantaneously. Dalton turned to face the few that were left near him. "You ready?" He asked them. "Vatos!" He aimed his hand at the cluster of Samurais. A few seconds later an explosion happened inside each of them causing them to also fall down dead.
"Shoot." Allison cursed, as her head hit the back of the wall. Her hand immediately went up to where her head hit, before her eyes changed back to her normal brown eyes. She had hit the wall hard, but at least she was still breathing and that was the good part. Her brother had just smashed the ground with his fist, creating a wave on the ground, knocking out a few Samurais but they just got back onto their feet and continued fighting once again. As she looked left and right, nearly all of her friends were killing the Samurais whilst her brother and her were just knocking them out. Whilst she looked around, something caught her eye as she quickly grabbed it to realise it was one of the Samurai swords. There were many around her and she might have accidentally sat on one. "Matt! New plan!"
Matthew's head snapped over towards his twin, one eyebrow crocked as he kicked the Samurai which was heading towards him from behind. "What?" He called out, as he grabbed one of the men's arm and threw him into the ground. "I'm busy right here, can't you see!"
"Yeah I can! But come help me out here!" Allison yelled, as she stabbed one of the Samurai which was coming towards her with the sword she held in her hands. "Fire and air, creates lightning. Remember that time we did it in our backyard whilst fighting Dalton. Let's do it again, but it will be saved into these swords. Can kill those Samurais easy as eating a cake."
"Are you sure the lightning energy will be saved into the swords?" Matthew asked, as he jogged over towards his twin, grabbing a sword before turning around and stabbing one of the Samurais behind them.
"Like you said before, there is always a first time for everything." She told, as she put out a hand for her brother to hold.
The twins closed their eyes, as they faced one another, the two swords resting on both of their palms in between them. They knew the Samurais were going to be cornering them soon to the wall, but they had no choice. Once their little spell is done, they could go back on helping their friends defeat all of the Samurais and then defeat the Garuda. After a few seconds, both of their eyes snapped out as Allison's turned red whilst Matthew turned white. Words muttered out of their lips as a strike of lightning formed from the ceiling and hit down to the two swords in their hands.
Instantly, the two let go from each other and grabbed the swords before it fell to the floor. Their backs both touching one another, as they faced the Samurais which surrounded them. The Samurais kept taking a step forward, making a swing with their swords until there was only a few meters left between them and the twins, but that didn't scare them, it only brought a smirk on their lips. The twins' hands both clasp together once again, as Allison jumped up from her feet before pulling towards Matthew's back and lifting up into mid air, doing a somersault before kicking to her right and bringing down a few Samurais before zapping them with a touch of the sword she held in her hands. Meanwhile Matthew had darted towards the other Samurais, kicking and punching everyone he saw, before stabbing the sword into their torso and flinging them to the other side of the room with an electric shock.
