You ran, pushed the kid away and the car sent you flying 3 meters.

You could feel something in you crack and Blood was all over you and you felt so much pain.

"Call an ambulance!"
"Is she alive?"
"What happened?"
"OMG There's blood!"
"Where's the kid?"
"Hello? 911? This is an emergency!"
"Hey! Are you alright.... (Name)?!"

That voice... You moved your eyes and saw your best friend. He ran to you and knelt down next to you. He couldn't say anything and you just forced a smirk at him.

The last thing you heard was the ambulance's siren...

And the last person you saw was Jean.

RANDOM DOCTOR'S POV
After the operation and stitching, Ms. (Last name) is finally done and all she needs now is some rest.

I went out and saw three people.

"How is my daughter doc?"
"She's safe. All she needs is some rest and medications but..."
"But what?"
"Not only does she have some broken bones but she also has cuts on her arms and legs. And she also has signs of starvation."
"What?"
"She needs to be watched or who k ows what she'll do. She'll be moved to her room now."

JEAN KIRSTEN'S POV
She... She's cutting herself?! I fell on my seat and waz undeniably shocked.

Why... Why would she...?

"Jean..?"
"..."
"Do you... Do you know about this?"
"N... No... I have no idea about this."

After a few minutes I got up and ran to their house. When I got there, I ran up to her room and looked around. Everything seemed normal but her pictures...

She scratched her face off every single photo. Photos with her friends, photos with her family and relatives-- heck even our photo together. I pulled open her drawers and looked for her blades.... And I did found them.

There were three blades, two used and one new. But one of the two has dried blood on it.

I fell on her bed and stared at the blades. Why would she...? I was too occupied with my thoughts to not see someone on the door frame.

"See what I mean?"
"Eren... I-"
"Save it horse face. I ain't got time for your crappy excuse."
"..."
"You better fix this mess up horse face. I don't wanna see her cry anymore."

It has been 4 weeks and she hasn't moved yet. I would stay and look after her the most and her parents would also stay and look after her but they trust me too.

I held her hand and looked at her sleeping figure. Her stitches and scars were fading but that doesn't mean she forgot what she felt.

"Hey (name)? I've been a wreck for weeks now. And I don't blame you but its just... I feel like crap and I know this is all my fault. I hurt your feelings and I didn't realize that you like me that way." I gripped on her hand.

"I broke up with (girl name) the next day after you went in a coma. She wasn't the girl of my dreams and isn't worth staying for. You (name)... You have been with me for who knows how long and I can't believe that I've been so blind for all these years." I took a deep breathe.

"(Name).... I love you." I said.
"... Took you long enough."

She moved and looked at me. She's... "YOU'RE AWAKE?!!!!"
"No screaming horse face. And yeah, I'm awake and alive."

YOUR POV
You woke up a week earlier and begged your parents to not tell Jean. They agreed and you prettended to be in a coma for a week.

And now you were sitting up and was looking at him.

"(Name).... I..."
"I heard everything you said Jean... But please don't tell me all that if you're just trying to make me feel better."
"I'm... I'm not trying (name). I'm serious."
"..."
"I was a huge fcking idiot for not noticing my feelings for you and this is all my fault."
"What makes you say that?"
"Because you've been starving and cutting yourself. And I hurt you because of my denseness and stupi--"

You pulled him and hugged him. He was surprised you could tell but uou've heard enough. He gently wrapped his arms you and you smiled.

"You're stupid horse face... But you're my stupid horse face."
"(Name)...."
"I still have my feelings for you ya'know."
"Yeah..."

He hugged you tighter and gave you a kiss on the forehead and the two pf you smiled.

"I love you (name)."
"I love you too horse face."
