"Don't you guys think Ni-ki has been acting. . . weird, lately?" Moonbyul questioned while opening the lunchbox her grandma had prepared her, losing her train of thoughts for a moment when her nose picked up the mouthwatering smell of food. "not really" Wonyoung shrugged, sipping her orange juice. "what exactly do you mean, Byul?" Jungwon raised his eyebrows, perfectly hiding his amusement.
Moonbyul pouted, glancing in Ni-ki's direction, who caught her in the act and flashed her a charming smile before going back to whatever he was talking about with his friends.
"See!?! that's what I mean!" Wonyoung and Jungwon exchanged a look she couldn't quite decipher, although she could clearly see a little smile tugging at the corners of Jungwon's mouth.
"He. . . just smiled at you?" Wonyoung observed, her tone implying that there was nothing weird about it. Moonbyul sighed in mere distress.
"ooh, wait. you find it weird that he's suddenly being nice, correct?" Jungwon asked and she nodded frenetically. "I mean, shouldn't you appreciate it?"
