No one would accept me.

I've just been wasting my time.

Thank god I finally woke up and realized this.

I decided to throw those thoughts away, they were controlling over me again.

Those evil and dark voices that I hated always came whenever something like this happened.

Closing my eyes, I didn't think about anything anymore.

I fell asleep once more, gripping on the blanket that laid over me.

Niall's POV~

The day before.

I didn't look back. I just couldn't.

In the corner of my eye as we drove off that street, I could see her.

I didn't want to.

It was painful enough just saying bye.

But this wasn't goodbye. I was coming back, like I said.

"You alright?" Greg glanced at me, his hand still steering and watching the road.

"Yeah, I guess." I answered.

"Man, it's been at least 2 months since I've seen you! Mom and Dad will be so excited when they find out, and so will Amy, man she's going to go crazy!" Greg cried.

"Greg," I shouted over him.

"I don't know anything. I won't remember who these people are." I reminded him.

He scoffs, "You remembered who I was the first time you saw me, right? So if you see them, you'll remember them in a snap!" He said, gesturing his fingers in a loud snap.

"I wish it was that easy." I sighed.

"It's alright, bro. Say, have you been taken to be checked out by a doctor yet?" He asked.

"Yeah, Aria-" The name bothered to choke out my mouth.

"Yeah, I've gone." I repeated.

"And what did they say?" He looked at me, he was concerned now.

"To give me a few weeks and I'll remember. But I never have. I've remembered little bits but those bits weren't big enough to be pieced together in a puzzle." I said.

Greg licked his lips and kept his stare on the road. He was thinking.

"Well, since I'm here I'll help you out." He finally said.

Now my full attention was on Greg.

"First, you're nineteen years old," He said.

My jaw dropped. I didn't think I was that old already. I sure didn't act like it.

"Um, you like to eat and drink." Greg chuckled. "And I mean pints!"

I scoffed. I couldn't help it, I was Irish and that's what they were known for.

"You're also engaged." Greg finally said it.

I had a feeling I had heard him say something like this earlier.

Engaged.

It was like I didn't even know the word itself.

The only person I could be engaged to was Amy.
