I'm a hypocrite

Hey y'all

So I've been getting a lot of views votes and comments on this... book? work? whatever it is.

Basically just wanted to come on here and say that it's all bullshit. I'm a huge hypocrite who's relapsed multiple times since I published this thing.

So.. yeah, self help is stupid and the only thing that helps is drugs (sometimes and within reason obviously) and throwing yourself into work or whatever obsession you have going on in your life.
