𝐹𝑂𝑈𝑅𝑇𝐸𝐸𝑁 - new storyline

Start from the beginning

"Let's have a baby Charles! Yes Charlotte! Let's lose the championship! Yes Charlotte!" She finished, Kennedy couldn't help but shake her head as tears escaped her eyes. She hated laughing at Charles's expense but she couldn't help but think this one time wouldn't hurt.

"I thought you liked Charles? Where's all this bitchyness come from?" Kennedy taunted, taking a seat across from Kaia. Water bottle grasped firmly in her hands as she tucked her feet under herself and got comfy. " I did until he hurt you, he's just thinks because he's got money he can boss people around" Kaia concluded shrugging as if what she had said was known information.

The younger girl nodded silently as her eyes focused in on the polaroid stuck to her fridge. It was of them taken a few months ago, sat comfortably in her bed with matching bandanas on, pushing their hair out of their face and a face mask painted on. Both them sporting a bright smile, Kennedy eyes were looking at the camera while Charles's eyes were trained on her. It was one of Kennedys favourite pictures of them both, it was so simple, so domestic and it captured their relationship perfectly.

Everything was simple with Charles and Kennedy, their friendship was formed easily, their love for each other came like second nature. Nothing was ever forced, it just happened and that's what they loved, they could both be their real, true self in front of each other knowing that the other wouldn't even bat an eyelid.

For Charles it was someone to come home to after a shitty race weekend, someone that would never lie to him and keep it real at all times, someone that educated him on his wrongs and praised him endlessly on his rights. Someone that loved him unconditionally and would support him in life no matter what. Someone that lived life to the fullest and loved the hardest.

For Kennedy it was her person, it was someone who she adored endlessly yet spent years of her life watching adore someone else. It was someone that she cherished every moment with, it was someone who she down played her feelings for massively and someone that would never love her back.

"Has he always been like this?" Ken questioned, blinking slowly as her brain racked through her memories trying to remember when he had become the man he was today.

How could she have been so blind to it all.

"So mean, so cold hearted, so selfish"She mumbled wrapping her own arms around her frame, slightly shuddering as she thought about all the events that had occurred recently.  "Ken.." Kaia trailed off moving to hug her sister, arms wrapping tightly around Kennedys head just like his had hours earlier.

She wanted to throw up, scream bloody murder, scrub her skill until it felt clean; until she couldn't feel his hands lighting a trail of fire on her skin.

"People change and that's okay" kai mumbled pressing a reassuring kiss to the crown of her head. "It's not your fault".

But Kennedys head couldn't help but disagree with her, this had been her fault. If she had kept her legs shut and her feeling for Charles hidden then none of this would have happened.

"Ken"

"Mmmmm"

"it's not your fault" she repeated almost as if she could sense Kennedys inner turmoil. "I love you kiddo" The paired stayed silent as they rocked back and fourth.
