The hug.
The hug I didn't know I needed until I got it.
It only lasted for a few seconds but was the type of hug you get by someone who wants to tell you that you aren't alone.
Someone who cares.
Someone who knows.
Someone who wants to be there.
Does it solve your problems?
No.
But it gives you a glimpse of light in the dark.
A bit of strengh to hold on just a little bit longer.
Maybe it's the hug that saved your life this day.
