Mishti reached her home and switched on her phone and as soon as she did that, she received a call from Karan. She picked up the call.
Karan- Hello Mishti kahaan ho tum?? Tumhara phone kyun band tha??
Mishti- sir battery dead thi, abhi charging pe lagaya.
Karan- ok ok. Abir tumhare saath hai?? 8 baje ghar se nikala tha tumse apna phone lene ke liye, lekin abhi tak nahi aaya. By any chance tumhe koi idea??
Just then Abir came.
Karan- ek second ek second. Aa gaya hai. I'm sorry tumhe disturb karne ke liye. (He cuts the call)
Everyone went towards him and ask his whereabouts. All were confused seeing Abir's clothes covered with dust. Abir returned Karan's phone.
Ketu- yeh mitti kahaan se lagwaai?? Aur haath bhi chhilwaya hai.
Ishwari made Abir sit on sofa and apply ointment.
Ishwari- yeh chot kaise lagi??
Abir- maa mai theek hoon, jyada nahi hai.
I- tujhe bahut pata hai?? Itna khoon beh raha hai aur kehta hai jyada nahi hai.
Karan- Abir kya hua?? Kissi se ladaai hui??
Abir reminisces everything Mishti told him. He came back to reality when Karan shook him.
Abir- kuch nahi. Bas kuch gunde mil gaye the. Mai theek hoon, bas thak gaya hoon, sone ja raha hoon. Good night.
Abir leaves. Karan finds his behaviour a little weird but ignored.
Days passed but Abir's behaviour didn't change which made Karan a little worried. Abir who always used to be happy and making others happy every time, now had become gloomy and sad. He is always lost in his own thoughts. Whenever Karan or anyone else tries to ask the reason for his changed behaviour, he always changes the topic. Mishti thought that Abir must have told her reality to everyone but seeing others' behaviour towards her she got to know that he never said anything to anyone. He stopped talking to her and started maintaining distance from her and his this behaviour was crushing her heart. It's not that she didn't know this would happen, she knew it but she didn't know that it would be this much painful. Two weeks passed but there was no change.
An unknown place, A dark room.
ACP Dig Vijay stood there. His men came.
ACP- kuch pata chala??
1 man- ladki ka toh pata nahi lekin usski gang ka ek aadmi mila hai.

The man asked the others to bring kaal pari's man inside. The other men brought inside a half-conscious Rohit and tied him to a chair. ACP Dig Vijay tortured him. Rohit was ready to die but not at all ready to open his mouth against kaal pari.
At night when all were ready to sleep, Abir went to Ishwari in her room.
Abir- maa mai thodi der tere paas reh loon??
I- haan aa na. Yeh bhi koi puchhne ki baat hai?? Aa.
Abir went to her and lied on the bed keeping his head in ishwari's lap. Ishwari caresses his hair.
I- sab theek hai na?? Tujhe kuch baat karni hai??
Abir- tujhe kaise pata??
I- maa hoon teri. Teri aankhein padhna janti hoon. Chal bata.
Abir- mere ek friend ne mujhse ek help maangi thi, matlab salaah maangi thi par usski baat sun-ne ke baad samajh hi nahi aaya ke ussey kya kahoon. Shayad tu help kar de.
I- haan bol.
Abir- maa woh ek intelligence officer hai. Police ki tarha hi hoti hai intelligence bhi bas woh log atankwaadiyon se deal karte hain. Toh woh ek ladki ko pasand karta tha. Woh ladki bhi ussi ke saath kaam karti thi. Bahut gusse wali hai, bahut kam baat karti hai toh jab mere dost ne ussey bataya ke woh ussey pasand karta hai tab bhi ussne bahut gussa kiya uss pe aur aise hi chali gayi. Kuch aisi baatein hui jis wajha se ussey uss ladki pe shaq hua aur ek din ussey pata chala ke woh ladki ne bahut galat kaam kiya hai, jo kanoon ke khilaaf hai. Jab mere dost ko yeh baat pata chali toh bahut gussa aaya ussey, bahut bura bhala sunaya ussey lekin ussne aisa kyun kiya yeh baat jaan ke ussey samajh nahi aa raha ke woh kya kare.
Ishwari was confused hearing Abir.
Abir- Jo uss ladki ne kiya, usska woh sab karna jayaz tha, kyunke uss ladki ke saath bahut galat hua tha, itna galat ke woh sab sun ke meri bhi rooh kaamp gayi.
Ishwari- kya hua tha yeh nahi puchhungi mai par ussey madad kya chahiye??
Abir- maa, jo usske pyar ne kiya woh usski duty ke khilaaf tha. Agar woh pyar ko chunega toh woh apni duty ke saath dhokha karega, duty join karne ke time jo bhi shapath li thi, woh toot jayegi. Lekin agar woh apni duty chunega toh usska pyar chhin jayega. Uss ladki ne kanoon apne haath mein liya tha kyunke khud kanoon ke rakhwalon ne uss kanoon ki dhajiya uda di. Uss ladki ne jo kiya apne parivaar ko insaaf dilwane ke liye kiya jissey jhoothe ilzaamon ki wajha se unn logon ne khatam kar diya. Agar woh apni duty chunega toh dobara koi insaaf ke liye khada nahi ho payega.
Abir- agar woh duty chunega toh anyay (injustice) ki jeet hogi aur agar pyar chunega toh woh bhi atankwaadi kehlayega. Woh dono se pyar karta hai, kissi ek ko chun-na nahi chahta lekin dono ko ek saath bhi nahi chun sakta.
Abir- maa, tu hi bata, kissey chune woh?? Farz Ya Mohabbat??
