Chapter 1: Why Him?

This is how a love story goes. The man and women meet each other, and live happily ever after. Not in my world.

My name is Danielle and my best friend is Kelsey. We have been through thick and thin, but we have fallen for the same guy. It's kind of strange, but true. Our crush is Sean and he is in a band with his one of his best friends named Jeremy. When I found out I liked him, Kelsey had a crush on him at the time.

"Just go up to him and say hi," I said.

"It's not that easy. He's popular. If I tell him I like him, the whole school will know and will make fun of me." Kelsey shrieked.

"Kelsey, no one will make fun of you. Don't listen to things they say."

"You're right. Just go up to him and say hi. That's all. It's simple. Come on Kelsey, you can do this."

Right at that moment, Sean walked right next to us with his popular self without a single eye to eye connection.

"Crap. You missed your chance. I'm making you talk to him after first period.

Our lockers are right next to each other which is great, but the worst part about it is Sean is four lockers down from Kelsey. Well it's kind of good for Kelsey, except she's a total chicken around him.

"At least you have a great view," I teased. " Just go up to him." I "accidentally" pushed Kelsey into Sean when he walked by.

"Omg! I am so sorry!"she cried.

"It's cool." He replied.

Kelsey helped pick up the books and when they raised both of their heads, Kelsey made eye connection with him.

"YES!!" I screamed. Everyone looked at me including Sean and Kelsey.

Kelsey was surprised and mad at the same time because first of all, she actually talked to him and because of the fact that i pushed her. They just stared at each other for a few more seconds and scurried off.

Kelsey came up to me and screamed quietly,"What the hell was that for? Huh. You blew my chances with him."

"Just shut up. You will have plenty of opportunities, I hope." I said doubtfully.

On Saturday, I took Kelsey shopping to get her mind off of what happened yesterday. It took a lot of apologies, but I finally made a deal with her. I have to spend $50 on her at the mall. Goodbye allowance. Anyways, we went to Forever 21, that's when it became our lucky day. Not. We saw Sean's girlfriend shopping there. Well, Kelsey saw her.

When she was trying on clothes, she saw Rebecca talking to Sean on the phone. " I love you babe. Yes I will be at your house tonight. Love you. Miss you. Bye babe." That blew Kelsey's mind.

She sprinted to me saying, "We're going to Sean's house tonight if you like it or not."

"Did you see Rebecca because I saw her..."

"Oh yes I saw her. I heard what they were doing tonight and we're going to that house!" She screamed.

We had to tell our parents that we were spending the night at our friend Renee's house. And Renee had to tell her dad that we were going to sleep early so he wouldn't check on us. If he did ever check on us, we left Renee in charge to make up a story. We love Renee to death, but this is the only way to spy on him because she lives really close to Sean, so if Kelsey ever wants to stalk him, we just spend the night at Renee's. Sounds awkward, don't judge. But it's actually really exciting.

We had to tell her dad we were taking out the garbage, but when we got outside, we were gone. When we hopped the fence at Sean's house, we heard moaning.
