When she met Natasha Maria was not a cat person until Nat came home from a mission with a tiny black kitten she had named Liho (Russian for little misfortune) and she couldn't say no to her gigantic blue eyes and also when nat told her the story of how she found Liho she couldn't say no. Now Maria will carry the cat around in a baby sling. And nat will pick on her bc liho was the cat Maria didn't even want. The cat is Maria's baby.
