Dahil sa arranged marriage na mangyayari kay Marilyn at sa kanyang matalik na kaibigan na si Euzon na may malalim palang obsesyon sa kanya ay napagdesisyunan ni Marilyn na tumakas na mula sa pamilya at sa best friend niya huwag lang matuloy ang binabalak na kasal.

Lumayas siya nang hindi handa bukod sa mga dala niyang kakaunting damit at pera na aabutin lamang ng isang linggo. Hindi niya malaman ang kaniyang gagawin at kung minamalas nga naman ay nanakawan pa siya.

Hanggang sa mapadpad siya sa probinsya ng San Lorenzo at doon ay makikilala niya ang pitong magkakapatid na Monroe na hindi sa hinagilap niya na mayroon pa palang ganitong mga gwapo at makikisig na lalake sa liblib at tagong probinsya.

Pito sila, as in pito! At sa hindi inaasahan ni Marilyn ay mahuhulog isa-isa ang loob ng mga hunk na ito sa kanya.

Ano nang gagawin niya? Isa lang naman ang puso niya pero kaya ba niya itong ibigay sa pito?
