10 - Between The Smoke

Ngumisi ako, umikot muna atsaka sinagot ang tawag.

"Hellooo!! The strap of the bag brought me here!"

"City! Where are you?!"

"Me?" I replied feeling a sudden drowsy saka nilinga ang paligid!

"I don't know, but hey! The sky is violet, the moon is waving at me with the stars and the sunflowers...!" Napatigil muna ako at tumili. "They are dancing with me while I sing!!"

Bumuntong hininga ang nasa linya. "You're at the Cliff of the Mountain?"

"I don't know!! May sunflowers ba dun? Kung meron doon nga!"

"Are you high, Isabella City??"

Humagikhik ako ng marinig ang pangalan. "Omg!! I'm Isabella City? Did my parents made love in Isabella?? Under the moon waving at them? With the grass underneath them? And ohh! The sunflowers dancing with them? That's so lovely..." I said while spinning, dancing with the phone in my right hand.

"Did you stole mom's medication? Did you smoke the weed?"

"Ihhhh! Yes! Yes!"

"Okay. City, remember stay where you are. Don't go anywhere okay?"

"Ihhhh! Okay!"

I tried staying in my ground. Of course with the sun flowers! Nag patugtog pa ako ng kanta, Line Without a Hook by Ricky something! I can't read the surname well, it's bouncing. Huhuhu.

"Oh oh I say no!" Pag sabay ko sa kanta. Suddenly, the best part are not that essential in my ears but the most silent tune is!

Ang ganda ohhh!

Lumingon lingon nanaman ako sa paligid ng animong may tinunghayan na direksyon ang mga sunflowers...

Hmm, ang tagal naman nila.

At ba't ko nga ba sila hinihintay?

Oh oh! I know! Sa library ko nalang sila iintayin!

Nag lakad ako paalis ng burol at kinawayan ang mga bituin at ang buwan, saka nakipagsayawan ng huling beses sa mga sunflowers!

Marami akong taong nakakasalubong! But I just can't help but smile! I can't remove the smile in my face! Omg omg! I'm so pretty cause I'm smiling.

Nag skip pa ako ng skip, malayo layo rin pala ang library. Huhu. Namimiss ko na ang mga sunflowers ko.

"I miss the sun... plahahawers." Kanta ko sa isang tono na nakalimutan ko ang title.

"Darling just come back here, then let's dance withthewind!"

I sang and sang and motion my hands! Everyone is looking at me as they walk past by me and it seems like they love my performance so I continued! Twirling and spinning in the air!!

Until it rained! Oh no! Oh no! My yellow dress!

Tumingin tingin ako sa malapit. A green man wink at me while he's holding the umbrella in his hand! I squeeled in glee and accepted it with great pleasure then wink back!

I just wonder... Why everyone else is walking in the rain?

I still pasted a smile in my face while they look at me. I look back then sometimes ask why they don't have their umbrella. Then they will laugh.

Kumibit balikat nalang ako. Siguro hindi sakanila uso mag umbrella. I hum another song and made it with the public library without getting wet or my hands gets wet cause I'm no longer gonna be able to flip the pages of the book. Cause if my hands get wet the book will too, then they cry.
