This wasn't a request, I just wanted to start this off so maybe some requests will roll in. I usually write a lot more than this but I liked the idea with this one. Have a lovely night/day<3

The previous night, Stu had been out on a spree with Billy Loomis, so he slept in quite a bit. What woke him up was the sound of you talking a few rooms away. He stumbled out of bed and went to find you.

Sleep still clouded his eyes as he walked into the kitchen to see you, eating a muffin and talking to...a counter? He rubbed his eyes and tried to focus on the sight in front of him.

"Baby? What are you doin?" Stu walked up behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist. Your shoulder became his pillow as he watched you take a small piece off of your muffin and set it on the counter.

"I made a little ant friend!"

He hummed and smiled at your enthusiasm, "You did?"

"Mhm, a black carpenter ant, look!"

And there it was. A very visible ant was beside the muffin, going in to eat it. It was almost mesmerizing to watch it but he gave up looking at it to bury his face in your neck.

"Did you name it?" The grip he had on your waist tightened slightly.

Occurrences like this were quite common. You tended to befriend anything from animals to inanimate objects. Every statue, drawing of an animal, stuffed animal, and even every instrument had a name.

Stu didn't mind encouraging it. It was quite adorable to him. One of many reasons he loved you. Of course, he never forgot the name of anything you decide to personify.

"I named him Steve," came your proud reply, breaking Stu away from his sleepy trance.

He chuckled into your shoulder, "Are we adopting him?"

"No, I think his colony will miss such a hard little worker," you took a bite from your muffin and set it on the counter. You turned in Stu's arms and returned the embrace, wrapping your arms around his neck.

In a mischievous tone, he leans toward your ear and says, "I can think of another way for us to add another child."

You gasped excitedly, "A DOG?"

The immediate response you got was an amused laugh. That hadn't been quite what he meant. It took him a second to catch his breath.

He placed a quick kiss to your lips and cupped your face gently, "Never change, princess. Never change."
