You sat in your favorite swivel chair, at the back of a store you never thought you would have been able to strike a job at, The infamous Xiano's magic emporium and Mythical library! you'd been their best employee for about 4 years now mainly because you and one other person were the only workers that were fit for the apprenticeship to work at Xiano's emporium. You had been to this magical place before, in fact when your guardians/parents would be busy with other things at the time they'd leave you with the shops owner, (An old friend of one of your parents/guardians) who also then happened to be your first babysitter, Xiano himself! He would always welcome you inside the shop with a smile and a hug, and he'd always make sure you were comfortable, fed and entertained during your stays. Whenever he had free time he'd perform some tricks for you, and teach you some as a way to bond and pass time. As soon as you were Fed, occupied and entertained he'd feel content enough in leaving you for small periods of time to do work in the shop and upkeep tasks he'd needed to accomplish by a set curfew, he'd let you explore the shop and play with small trinkets here and there to keep you busy. One day, he'd been invited to a big celebration to entertain guests alongside a circus act in the courtyard at some rich dude's event, and because of his willingness to preform for him on such short notice, he'd been allowed to enjoy the party and dance the night away with other guests, right before he'd left he'd practically begged for you to go with him so that you could watch the show, and meet some new friends, unfortunately your parents/guardians told him no, that it was past your bedtime. Then all of a sudden one day you had stopped being dropped off at Xiano's ever since, you'd been sent to a normal daycare and you never quite knew why... you'd ask your parents/Guardians about it once in a while and all they would do is share a look to each other and answer with the same response each time "he's old and tired hon, he needs to rest."

[fast forward to today]

You had been stationed at the midsection and back of the store near the library, Xiano in the front of the shop tidying up and placing various items on the shelves and working hard to decorate the shop for the anniversary of the shops' opening and successful growth since then.
