After Spock's mum died in the 2009 film. He locked himself in his room and cried for over 5 hours while his dad comforted him.

I feel like this is a good one as Spock is himslef and he hides his human emotions. After his mum died, he reillised that he had built up all these emotions. It would have hurt him so bad that he ran away wanting to escape the pain of losing the one persin he loved the most. Spock would have run of to his room with his dad following him, and locked himself in his room with his dad. Spock would have huged his dad crying, slowly sinking to the floor with his dad still hugging him and stroking his hair. Just letting spock let all of his emotions go. He would cry for about three hours until he passes out with his dad still huging him. 

Sarek gets the award for best father.
