Yachi was on her way to get you from your class until she heard you and y/b/f voices. She flinched and hid behind the nearest wall. She covered her hand over her mouth and tried to calm her breathing. Yachi has had a huge crush on you ever since you guys first met. Once she found out you were taken she was heartbroken but she was always there for you.
She peaked out from the wall to see what was going on. You sounded angry but what took over was the sadness in your voice as well. She tried to listen in so she could make out what you two were saying. She doesn't know what she was feeling but she was def angry. Angry at y/b/f. The fact that he made you feel that certain way, he should be ashamed. If you and Yachi were together, she would have never made you feel that type of way. She will always make sure you were happy with her.
Yachi and y/b/f made eye contact which made her hide behind the wall once again. She knew that he saw her but still hid because then you would have realized that she was there. And she didn't want to seem like a creep for listening in on your conversation.
After a few minutes, Yachi watched as your now ex boyfriend walked off. He turned to see if Yachi was still there, which she was. She gave him glare before walking away to you.
The whole rest of the day, Yachi tried so hard to get it out of you on what was wrong but you just either ignored the question or would tell her that you were fine. Yachi didn't want to feel like she was pressuring you but she also didn't want you to be sad either.
"Please Yachi, I just want to be alone right now."
"Okay." You being sad made Yachi sad, that's usually how it works in both of yours relationships. If you feel this type of way she will feel the same. She just looks up to you, you know. Don't blame her for it. And plus, it's cute.
Yachi watched as you walked away from her to the exit of the school building. Right, she was supposed to be at volleyball practice but she just wanted to know if you were okay since she cares more about you than anything else. But for some reason the weather tended to match your mood in all ways. The hard pouring rain and thunder. She couldn't take it.
Her legs moved on her on. She ran after you. She didn't care how hard it was raining. She didn't care if she would get sick the next day. She didn't care if she would be late to practice. She only cares about you.
You were staring at the girl in shock. She was out of breathe and completely drenched. But she still had a smile in her face. Her smile suddenly went away and tears fell with the water dripping down her face. She hugged you tightly while crying into your chest.
"Please don't be sad y/n. Please don't push me away. I want to help you."
"Yachi." You whispered. You felt the tears come yourself. You dropped your umbrella and hugged her back. "I'm sorry. I just been through some rough times."
"So let me help you. That's why I'm here. I want to help you so don't leave me. Be with me instead."
"Okay." Yachi smiled into your chest. She finally got you and she was proud.
The next day, you were taking care of her at her place since she had gotten sick from the rain. She enjoyed it. One of the best moments in her life was being with you.
