My Cinderella love story.

"Nak! Ready ka na ba para sa prom mo?"
Sabi ni mom habang inaayos ang white elegant gown ko.

By the way, I'm Steffani Cruz.17. Just call me Steff.

"Yes mom." I answered while smiling.

"Are you nervous?" She asked.

"Nope. Bakit naman ako kakabahan? It's just a prom." Sabi ko sabay kindat sa kanya.

Pagkababa ko mula sa kwarto ko. Hinatid na agad ako nila mommy at daddy sa reception place.

Akala ko parang magiging natural lang na gabi ang gabing ito.

Akala ko.

Akala.

Akala ko lang pala.

Pagkapasok ko sa reception place. Agad kong hinanap si Tobias. Tobias is my partner sa gabing ito.

He's also my crush.

When the song starts playing. We walked in a red carpet. We danced in a way like how cinderella danced with his prince.

It feels so magical. I don't want this night to end. It's like a dream come true.

Pero katulad ng nangyari kay cinderella.
Kahit gustuhin ko mang wag matapos ang gabing ito.

Dadaan ang kamay ng orasan sa numerong 12. And the night will end. We'll go back to the real life.

So, natapos ang gabing pinangarap ko.

The magical dream ends.

Pag gising ko sa umaga. Meron ng nakahanda na break fast sa table malapit sa bed ko.

I thought, I'm still dreaming. Pero hindi. Totoo na pala yung mga nangyayari.

My mom entered my room. May dala dala siyang flowers. Nun binigay niya sakin yung flowers, she smiled. At sinabi saking

"Good morning cinderella".

Binasa ko yung note na nakakagay dun sa flowers. Sabi.

"Hey cinderella. Good morning. Be ready at 11 pm. We'll continue our dance. I promise, your cinderella story will never end. Kahit ilang beses pang dumaan ang kamay ng orasan sa numerong 12. Our story will never end.

Tobias."

And we lived  happily ever after.
