You are a runner but one or two days a week you work in the gardens because Newt convinced Alby to let you. He wanted to keep you safe and be with you but you wanted to be a runner so Alby made a compromise.
Thomas:
You are a builder but want to be a runner so Thomas is training your stamina and endurance. He doesn't really want you to go out in the maze but Minho said that if you trained and were as fast as Thomas then you could.
Gally:
You are a medjack but sometimes help him if nobody needs you. Being a medjack pays off with Gally because he always gets himself hurt just by hitting his hand with a hammer or something like that.
Minho:
You are a cook with fry. Minho loves that you are a cook so you can sneak him extra food since he is always hungry.
