Namjoon left the conversation to go to his room. He didn't want to sit there and listen about how he gets taken care of. Obviously, Jeongguk is the baby of the group and Namjoon is the leader so he takes care of everyone. Yeah, sometimes or sometimes even more than 'sometimes' his band members help him. Like a couple times Yoongi fixed the things he broke, Jin cooked him his favorite, Jimin fed him, Hobi took the reins of leading a few times so Namjoon could rest, Jeongguk and Taehyung did even the simplest jobs for him but that does not mean he is an Omega.
