Chapter 8

Tori's POV

My mom Is so mad. She smacked me across the face. I haven't told her about beck yet and I'm not going to. I got a phone call so I decided to answer it. "Hello?" I said. "Tori, it's Cat, jade and I are going to hang out at Andre's place. Do you want to come?" Cat asked. "Uh, no thanks. I have a load of homework." I said. "Oh ok. See you at school." Cat said and hung up. I cried. My mom hates me and so does my sister. They both abuse me. I just wish that my dad was still here. My phone rang again. It was an unknown caller so I didn't answer. I silently started to sing. My phone rang again. It was Beck. I decided not to answer. I don't want to talk to anyone right now. The doorbell rang. "Trina, get the door!" I yelled. She didn't hear me so I ran to the door. I opened the door to see cat and jade standing outside. "I don't see any homework." Jade said. "That's because i haven't started it yet." I said. "C'mon, Tor. You can't fool me. You haven't got homework." Jade said. She smiled and left with cat, i really don't want to talk to anyone.

Beck's POV

I'm really worried about Tori. She hasn't answered my calls and she told Cat that she couldn't hang out with her because she was doing homework, i know that she doesn't have homework because she told me. "Oh, hey Beck." Jade said. She and Cat must be walking to Andre's. "Hey. Where's Tori?" I asked. I have already spoken to Cat about this but I wanted to know more. "She said she has some homework to do." Jade said. "But when we went over there, she wasn't doing homework." Cat said and skipped away. "I'm really worried about her, Beck." Jade said and went after Cat. I'm worried about Tori too. I need to try and help her. But how am I supposed to do that when I don't know what is happening to her?
