"Did he call me your girlfriend?" Raichi suddenly asks
"Huh? Guess he did, don't mind it, it's just some stupid insult that doesn't make se—" You stop when you notice the slight tinge of pink on Raichi's cheeks, making you chuckle
"You're really too cute Raichi." You pinch his cheek, you liked seeing the two side of Raichi, the shy one and the menace during games
"I think you're cute too, (First name)," He comments, although it was quiet you still ended up hearing it
"Really," You sigh, most of the time you were called cool so hearing someone call you cute made you feel bashful
"Thanks, maybe I'll get you an extra slice for that~" You hit his chest lightly as his eyes lighten up at the sound of extra food

"Don't use Baseball for trouble," He says sternly before stealing a glance at you, "Do it where someone can't see you and make sure to remove any kind of blood on the bat." He says more quietly as you grin
"Yes sir!" You salute before spotting Raichi and waving at him
"Are you playing too?" He asks enthusiastically as you shake your head
"I'm just checking the bats, but if you want I'll keep you company at your evening training?" You suggest as Raichi nods immediately
"How come he listens to you more than me?" Raichou scratches his ear
"Maybe he prefers me more than you," You suggest as he gives you a side eye
"You're not stealing my kid from me (First name)."
"It's not stealing if he comes to me on his own will." You grin
"Well, whatever do what you kids want...except drinking or smoking, Raichi can't do that since he's an athlete."
You snort, Raichi was the last person you would think when smoking or drinking comes to mind
"Don't worry, that won't happen." You hum
Your eyes caught a ball flying to the bleachers and you listen to Raichi laughing as he runs to the first base
"Nice one Raichi!" You holler as Raichi raises his fist
"Honestly, how long are you going to keep this up?" Raichou mutters to himself, he thought you two would end up dating before high school but Raichi was almost a second-year and there's still no development whatsoever, or well, he thinks there's still no development
