In a world ravaged by spacequakes, Accelerator, the unparalleled esper, sacrifices his power to protect Last Order. Unexpectedly, he is pulled into this new world with new rules, where spacequakes wreak havoc unpredictably. Now, the world's mightie...
As for his drinks, he requested a large chocolate cappuccino with whipped cream, a delightful blend of vanilla, chocolate, and caramel flavors, and a refreshing glass of iced tea. He wanted to push the limits, almost hoping that the bill would be astronomical, but he had to maintain some level of restraint in case he decided to decline certain items. After all, the total cost of the dishes he had chosen was already exorbitant.

Shido, on the other hand, opted for a more modest meal. He ordered a serving of spaghetti and sausages, accompanied by a small glass of iced tea.
The two sat there, their contrasting choices on display, awaiting their meals. Accelerator couldn't shake off the feeling that this encounter was far from ordinary, and he remained on guard, ready for whatever may come next.

"Thanks for the meal," Shido commented as the two began to eat. Accelerator, though eager to devour his food like a ravenous beast, maintained a composed demeanor, keeping his focus on the boy across from him.
They ate in silence, not exchanging a single word. Shido couldn't help but feel the weight of the task at hand—to strike up a meaningful conversation with Accelerator, who seemed more engrossed in his food than anything else. Despite trying to conceal it, Accelerator's hunger was evident in the way he devoured his meal.
Shido finished his meal while Accelerator was only halfway through. Sensing an opportunity to engage in conversation, Shido decided to take the initiative.
"So, tell me about yourself," Shido began, hoping to break the silence and establish some connection.
"I am a human being. I live on Planet Earth," Accelerator replied curtly, chewing his food and secretly plotting his escape or a way to make Shido leave him alone.
Shido couldn't help but laugh, finding Accelerator's response amusing. "Hahaha, you're quite the joker, aren't you?" he chuckled nervously, the awkwardness palpable.
"Cut the crap, what do you want from me?" Accelerator snapped, his gaze piercing into Shido's soul.
"Eh?" Shido responded with a mix of confusion and anxiety.
"Don't play dumb. No ordinary person treats a stranger to a meal unless they're trying to get them to bed, but I am sure that's not the case, So, spit it out, or someone might not leave this place alive," Accelerator asserted, radiating an intimidating aura.
"Well, I can't deny it any longer. You already know what you are," Shido said, his expression shifting from gentle kindness to resolute determination.
"What am I? Is he referring to my ability? Was he sent to negotiate with me?" Accelerator pondered, his mind racing to understand Shido's intentions. He knew that Shido wanted something from him, but the purpose remained unclear.
"I know what you are. Let me help you. I can seal your power so that you no longer have to be alone and lost. Once I seal your abilities, you can find a place among others who share your power, and you can coexist peacefully," Shido explained, his tone serious and earnest.
"So, this is a negotiation, huh? Sent by those bastards, I presume. What if I say no?" Accelerator replied with a wry smile, his voice laced with defiance.
"I'll ask again. I won't give up on you. I want to help you," Shido replied with unwavering sincerity.
Accelerator couldn't help but interpret those words as a kinder version of "I won't back down. You're coming with us whether you like it or not. Fuck you."
"Why? What's your angle? Do you intend to use me for something? What's the catch?" Accelerator questioned, his tone growing more aggressive and suspicious, though he kept his voice low to avoid drawing attention from potential spies among the other customers.
"No catch, really. Whatever you're facing, let me assist you. I'll be there for you," Shido reassured in a soothing manner, but Accelerator remained unconvinced.
Growing increasingly irritated and wary of a possible ambush, Accelerator flicked his switch, activating his powers.
"Here's my answer," Accelerator declared with a malicious grin, tapping the center of the table and causing it to split in half.
Startled, Shido jumped to his feet in fear. The customers and employees watched in shock as the table broke under his power.
"N-No, I'm not coming with you, you violent monster!" Accelerator exclaimed, his voice changed into a higher pitch, almost resembling a female voice. He stormed out of the restaurant in anger and frustration.
Accelerator used this plan to trap Shido and prevent the employees from pursuing him.
Shido could see the customers and employees looking at him with a mixture of disdain and caution. Their eyes reflected a misunderstanding, perceiving Shido as the instigator of the chaotic scene caused by the split table. His face twisted with comedic horror, realizing that he had unintentionally created a false perception. He could almost hear the judgments and assumptions forming in the minds of those around him.
The situation had escalated far beyond what he had anticipated, and now he found himself caught in the midst of a spectacle that he had no control over.

It was a mission failed. He'll get him next time.
Far from the scene, Accelerator sat on a nearby park bench in an empty park, lost in his own thoughts.
"They keep coming after me," he muttered to himself, a mix of frustration and weariness evident in his voice. Almost as if to prove his point, a black van suddenly barreled towards him at full speed, abruptly interrupting his moment of solitude.
Accelerator had been seated on a bench near the wired fence that encircled the park, providing a barrier between him and the road. The jet-black van effortlessly tore through the wired fence, charging towards his location without any signs of braking.
