One year in my DR is equal to one hour in CR
My safe words are " purple monkey " I will always remember these words , and will immediately be shifted back to my OR
When I get to my DR , I will hear wind and smell smoke.
When I fully reach my DR my eyes will automatically open
People will understand my sense of humor and find me funny
My DR is safe I will not get any life threatening trauma or injuries that will kill me
Life in my DR will go on like in the show ; the world is the same in DR as it is in the show

This just means that, for each passing hour in my cr while I’m in my dr, I will go through an entire week in my dr.
2. Safe word is “___”; nobody there can hear me say it; I will always remember this word; when I say this word, I will immediately be “kicked out” of my dr and sent back to my cr
Pretty self explanatory, but important to script.
3. My clone is mainly used to keep my body while I am away. If my clone is disrupted while I am in my dr, I will wake up in my cr.
This is optional. You can also script for your clone to go during the day and do stuff. Since I plan on shifting only while asleep, I just said for my clone to wake me up from my dr if anything happens in my cr.
