I don't know what is happening

So ever since this morning I have been smelling something different everytime I take a breath. So I decided to keep track of what I smeel starting now for about ten minutes. So have fun reading all the different ahit I smell.

1. I smell shit
2. You know the smell that ice water gives off, yeah that but without it being cold
3. Nothing
4. Very slight coffee smell
5. I smell shit but somehow way worse
6. Nothing
7. Same as 5 but very slightly
8. Same as 2
9. Sweat somehow?
10. Shit but slightly
11. Nothing
12. same as 2
13. Shit but very slightly
14. Beans?
15. Nothing
16. Potato chips?
My heart just started to race, damn whatever the fuck it is. So I've started to get these random things where my heart starts racing and I have hard time breathing like if I had been exercising, wired thing is that I can be doing anything like sitting, laying down, walking, ect it'll last 2 minutes and then go away but it will come back at whatever time it wants to come back.

20. Cat shit but the litter box is clean
21. Cut grass
22. Wet cut grass, it hasn't rained for like 3 days where I live
23. Cat food, understandable
24. More ice water smell
25. Rotten milk
Went to my room, I was in the kitchen
26. Burnt candle?
27. More smell of burnt stuff
28. Ice water
29. Sweat
30. Wet wood
31. Faint coffee smell
32. Nothing
33. The smell of fresh air (I put my fan on)
34. A faint sweet smell
35. Nothing
36. Smell of paint
37. Smell of blood
38. Sweetly scented chapstick
39. Ice water
40. Nothing

Well, that's all I'm doing, I'm not about to abe here all day naming all the scents I can smell. If anyone has an explanation of why my sense of smell is tripping, please do tell me. And always never forget to drink water, and eat a nutritious meal. Have a good day to all :D.
