Callie and me hugged.

"Can I talk to you?"

"Yeah."

I walked away with Jamie.

"I know you just met me. And you don't quite trust me with your daughter."

"What I think doesn't matter. Stef and Lena are her parents."

"For this question, it does."

I sighed.

"You know, Callie is traditional. Despite it not being traditional to have two Moms and two Dads."

"Yeah."

"Or three Moms."

"I get it."

"Can I ask her?"

"Yeah. Of course."

"Thanks."

"You take care of her."

"Of course."

"I'm gonna kill Justina when I see her again."

"Yeah, well... I wouldn't blame you, Sweetheart."

"Alright. Jamie and me gotta go. We'll be back though."

"Apparently a house full of girls is what I'm looking forward to next."

"Oh, stop it. Stop all your complaining."

Jamie opened the front door for Callie.

"After you."

She walked out.

He walked out, shutting the door behind them.

Jamie

I opened the passenger door for Callie.

"Who knew? Chivalry isn't dead." She commented, sliding in the car.

I laughed as I shut the door.

Stef and Lena were here for Stef to handle a foster kid's placement.

I had told Eliza I needed Brandon and her here.

Jesus and Emma were here because this is where they live since he builds treehouses.

Mariana and Evan were here because I asked her.

Evan had nothing better to do than join one of his female employees.

Jude was here to see Jesus.

Carter was here for God knows what reason.

I probably don't wanna know why he's here.

"You know, Mariana and Evan are dating, right?"

"Then why was she worrying about being late this morning?"

"She doesn't want him to treat her any differently than the other females."

"Ah."

"Males are already assholes there. Imagine what she'd hear if they found out she's dating the CEO and their boss."

"Probably a lot of crap. And especially from the other girls there."

"Exactly. That's why Mariana is keeping it a secret."

I took off driving to Girls United.

"She don't want to have to deal with any of that crap."

"Mm."

"Yeah."

15 minutes later

I pulled up in front of G.U.
