"DERRICK ECKART! STOP THIS RIGHT NOW!"

"Your highness. Why did you cheat on my son?"

'Since when i cheated him?!'

'Maybe...'

"Your highness. We need a clear explaination"

'I can use this opportunity!'

"That's right.... i'm in love with reynold eckart"

Everybody in the room froze at the moment. Reynold then get closer to her. He whisper to her.

"Are you crazy?! What are you doing?"

She whisper back.

"Trust me"

Reynold sighed and nodded at her statement.

"But duke! Its not the young master fault. Its mine"

"Excuse me?"

"I stalk him first"

'Haaaa... why is that bastard always bang the table?'

"YOU...WHAT?!"

"Derrick! Calm down! What do you mean by that, your highness?"

"The young master have been unfair to me so isn't it fair for me to be unfair to him?"

"What is your goal, charlotte?"

"I want to you to break the engagement"

Charlotte can see that reynold is sweating to much. He's nervous. He started to think that believing her is a big mistake.

"Huuu... derrick, i want you to give her up"

"Tch.."

Derrick gritted his teeth.

"I don't need someone like her by my side"

"Useless..."

Derrick said it in low voice but charlotte still can hear it.

'I'm not deaf yet, dumbass'

So she made an eye contact with the eckart head butler to make a signal. The butler understand her and walk to four of them and give a big envelope.

"Thank you"

Charlotte then open the envelope and reveal a document paper to the duke.

[Royal Family Marriage Arragement]

"I need the duke and the young master sign this and for the young duke......."

Charlotte take off her engagement ring and give it to derrick.

"From now on, i'm going to be your future sister-in-law. Please call me 'your highness' instead of charlotte. Got it?"

Derrick just stare at her with a very serious face.

"Yes, your highness"

He then grip the ring in his palm.

"Your highness...."

"Oh! Done already?"

While charlotte and derrick was talking, reynold and duke eckart were busy signing the paper. There something that caught the duke attention on the paper.

"Father said its okay as long as i'm happy"

'I guess the rumor about she's the emperor favorite child is true'

Then the duke give the paper to her.

Charlotte can see both of their signature.

'Great. Finally! I'm a genius'

"For the engagement ring, you can give me anytime and i'll inform you later about the engagement party"

"There's a party? You and brother don't have an engagement party"

"Well...this engagement is different that engagement"

Charlotte then smirk at derrick. She can see he felt so annoyed right now.

"Ehem.. now..."

Reynold then look her in the eyes. Charlotte then offer her hand to reynold to make a hand shake. Reynold grabbed her hand confusely.

"Let's known each other better, honey"
