That morning Atsushi woke up, cold. Very, very cold. He nuzzled into a warm pillow. What was in it? It was kinda hard. Oh- And it had arms?!
Atsushi opened his eyes. He felt a soft pair of lips press against the top of his head.
"Good morning, Atsu." Akutagawa muttered, still incredibly sleepy.
Atsushi hummed, attempting to sit up. Attempt being the keyword, Akutagawa kept a hold on his waist.
"Mmm, Aku, let me go, please." Atsushi begged. "No, it's too early." Akutagawa pulled him back down.
Atsushi sighed, wrapping his arms around Akutagawa. This time, Akutagawa won.
Atsushi sighed, feeling content. "I think I love you." He whispered.
Akutagawa kissed him softly, "I love you too."
Atsushi sat up, yawning. Akutagawa still had his arms wrapped loosely around Atsushi's waist.
Atsushi reached over to the nightstand on his side of the bed. He grabbed his phone, opening it up to see a text from Dazai.
Akutagawa sat up to see it. "Did you sleep well with Akutagawa?" The text read.
Atsushi blushed before typing, "I slept well. Akutagawa is clingy." His thumb moved to press send, but was cut off by Akutagawa deleting the last sentence. "Don't tell him that. He doesn't need to know." Akutagawa whispered Atsushi nodded and pressed send.
"We should probably get ready for our mission." Atsushi said before stretching. Akutagawa nodded and got up to get dressed.

Atsushi and Akutagawa finished their mission in only a couple hours. They both made their ways home at about 7:30.
Atsushi unlocked the door to his and Kyouka's shared apartment. "I'm back!" He said as he smiled.
Kyouka smiled back at him. She wore a pair of light blue sweatpants with a polar bear print and a loose white T-shirt.
"Do you need help?" Atsushi asked, noticing Kyouka making dinner. She nodded.
It didn't take them long to finish. They sat down to eat in less than 30 minutes. "Kyouka, I've been thinking." The girl's head poked at the mention of her name.
"Umm.. I've been getting financial help from...someone," He started. "and I've been wondering if you would like to enroll in school next April?" He asked.
She seemed to think about it for a minute, "Who's paying?" She asked. Atsushi wasn't sure how to respond. Should he lie or tell her the truth? He wasn't sure in the slightest..
"Uh.. please don't judge me for this.." He turned his head down in embarrassment. "I've kinda been seeing Akutagawa.." Kyouka dropped her fork, this could be bad.
She facepalmed, "Why.. Why him? Out of all people?" Atsushi's face went red out of embarrassment.
It was silent for a beat. No noise in the slightest. Kyouka didn't know how to feel. She wanted Atsushi to be happy, it was all she could think after he saved her so many times. But on the other hand, she didn't want him to get hurt. Akutagawa was cold and ruthless, she was secretly terrified of Akutagawa hurting Atsushi. Atsushi was all she had. He was the only person she could call family, well, who was living. If she lost Atsushi, someone who's like a brother to her. Who will she have?
