Bella

Chapter 1 -

Lexi's POV - 

I walked into my new high school. "It's only the second day," I sigh to myself. It was crowded as usual and I had a tough time searching for my locker again. Around me were other freshman peeps but they already knew people and started acting like they owned the place. It felt like I was walking forever until I found my locker. My phone buzzed as I tried unlocking my lock. "Oh my god," I say as I start to loose my patience. "Hey Bella." I looked around and saw no one then I went back to unlocking my lock. I felt someone tap me on the back as I looked around and saw Ace Torres, "hey Bella," he says again.

 "Oh Hi Ace," I say as my hands fidget in my pocket. He notices but acted like nothing happened. That's when I noticed all his friends arriving. Brian, Jake, and Ryder. They all gave me a smile. "Hey lil sis," Brian says as he extended a hand. Before I could shake it Ace pushed his had away and gave him a firm look. "Jeez, man calm the fuck down, I was only going to shake her hand," Brian says as he gave Ace a glare. 

The bell went and I waved to the boys . I was about to enter the classroom, when someone grabbed my neck and slammed me into the nearby lockers. I tried to yell but someone covered my mouth. "Oh Bella, how nice to see your face again," I knew that voice, Tiffany Montero, the schools local bully. She has been bullying me ever since I started High School which was yesterday. "Let go off me!" I shrieked as she gripped me tighter. My breathing became short and I was soon gasping for air. "Hey! Get the fuck off her!" screamed Jake, but before he could help me, Tiffany's boyfriend Sam and his duckling, Mike, Bobby and Danny all blocked him.

 Ryder came rushing out but Mike and Sam rushed in a gripped his hands away. "All right, looks like the bad boys turned good!" she says as she smirked. Sam started laughing and so did the rest.  Tiffany's fake nails  pushed into my skin. I bit her hand as she screamed but held her grip. 

"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE!?" yelled someone behind me. "Oh, looks like Acey Wacey is here to save the day," Sam says as he smirked, but Tiffany's grip loosened and that's when I kicked her shins. "OW!" she screamed as she released her grip on my neck but still had her hands on my wrists. I punched her jaw and that's when she let me go, I pushed and as I nearly fell over when someone grabbed my waist firmly and pulled me closer to his chest. I looked up to see Ace. The smell of mint filled my nose as I buried my face in his chest as his hand moved under my shirt and on my back. "Let go of me, you fuckers!" Jake screamed as Brian and Ryder helped Jake get out of Sam and Bobby's grip.

 "Let go of me! You bitches are gonna pay!" Jake yells as Ryder and Brian held him back from them. I flinched as Tiffany and her pets, Mya and Macy, walked over to Ace. "Oh hi Acey, come here and let's have some fun," Tiffany says with a chuckle. Ace removed his hand from my waist and went over to Tiffany, I could see the anger boiling in his eyes. "Ok, how about you should have been choked, not my girl over here, you fucken bots," Ace yelled as Tiffany backed away slow. My neck ached with pain as I looked over to see Sam. He held up his hand up and slapped me hard. I could hear Ace walking over to me. My cheek felt numb as I felt myself tense up and my gaze shifted to Sam, " you shouldn't have done that Sam," I say as I kicked his balls and smacked his face. "Shitt...." Sam says as he got on his knees and whined. "Bella, I didn't know you knew self defense," Ace says as he gripped my waist. 

I raised my eyebrow, "what? You think girls can't do self defense?" I questioned him with a little tease. "No, no, no, never, you just shy at school and.." he trailed off. I smiled, " It's fine," I say as I held his hand. My eyes trailed to his blue sapphire eyes which I could get lost in. "Ohm.. Hate to break it to you but schools over and we better get going, Ace," Brian says is a sassy tone. I giggled as Ace kept staring at me..  

I said goodbye to the boys and walked home. I listened to music and sang a bit out loud. Just then I saw him. The guy that killed my mother and harassed me.

"Hey Bella, wanna come with me and I can drop you home?" the guy asked as he came closer to me. I sprinted to my house and opened the door then ran in but I had forgotten to close the door behind me. I ran up to the door and slammed it shut. "I HATE MYSELF!" I scream as I slammed my hand into the bathroom. Blood  dripped everywhere as my wrist ached. 

"Bella?!"
