Once done, click "Apply."
Now when it comes to the background, you got to make sure it matches the character's color. I'll be using Elysia from Honkai Impact, whose main color scheme is pink. For this, I'll search for a pink background to match the character.

Open Pinterest and search up (color of choice) aesthetic background.

Click the background you want, then click on the three dots on the top right corner and click "Download Image."
Once done, open PicsArt again and on the bottom row, click add "Photo" and add the image you downloaded. Adjust the photo (you may zoom in/ zoom out,) and click "Apply" once you're done.

Once you add your background, on the bottom row you'll see a button that says, "Stickers" click on that search "png overlays."
