On IbisPaint just scroll down until you see
the 1:1 option or you can use a square.
PROFILE PICTURE BACKGROUND!
Also a square. But it won't show the square
on desktop. If you want people to see it make sure
to put it in the middle.
GIF FILE SIZE!
3 MB max.
*Jeez, I hate that size, it's too small. I'd find a
cool gif then boom, "Max size is 3b."
Wattpad really needs to fix that.
