Still, after half a decade of having him around, Noor is used to it. Having her own Death Deity on a leash. She would think she has a brain tumour, or at the very least, mentally ill, if he couldn't throw his little temper tantrums. He can only turn the lights off and on again if she doesn't let him watch Love Island, but that's the spirit.
And it's not like he's her only friend. There's also that guy, Steven Grant, that she eats everyday with. Zagreus is always sketchy around him, for whatever reason he has. Noor doesn't pay him that much mind, because Zagreus is always being dramatic.
Maybe she should've, because suddenly Steven is claiming a guy called Marc Spector lives inside him, alongside the Egyptian God Khonshu. Noor really isn't the right person to say that something is wrong with him, what with the Greek God hanging in her living room.
So she believes him, whole-heartedly. Even gets a glimpse of that Marc Spector guy once. She wished she hadn't, because he's rude, and selfish, and she doesn't like him one bit. The kicker? Apparently, he's her soulmate. Worse? Zagreus thinks it's funny. Noor really does not.
And that's without mentioning the fact that they have to stop the upcoming revival of an Egyptian Goddess, who apparently aims to kill a lot of people.
Noor only hopes that it won't end like one of those Greek Tragedies Zagreus keeps telling her about.
