You arrived in Stix a few hours ago, to hunt down Ronin, your best friend from high school.
"Come on, Ronin, where are you?" You muttered, fiddling with your fingers. You ended up just standing around and looking like a lost puppy. You suddenly felt a light tap on your shoulder and turned around to see Ronin, right behind you.
"Hey, long time no see, sweetheart." He smiled, charmingly. He extended his arm out to you, "Let's catch up, shall we? I know of a nice cafe nearby." "That sounds lovely." You respond.
At the cafe
"So, how's life been treating you Y/N?" Ronin quizzed. "Oh, you know, the usual. Guys constantly hitting on me and being a broke college student. I had a boyfriend, up until a couple of days ago, but he was always jealous and just toxic in general." You choked, eyes watering. "Jesus Y/N, that's it, you're staying with me. I'll help you get back on your feet from here on in." Ronin gently squeezed your shoulder, making direct eye contact with you. "Thanks, Ronin, you've always been there to catch me, since day one." You smiled.
