"did you hear? camilo is with angelina now," y/n heard a girl gossiped.

"wait, him and y/n broke up?" her friend questioned.

"yeah, like 2 weeks ago!" another girl piped up.

y/n frowned, speeding up their walking. they passed by the group of girls and they could feel the stares of pity from them. but they kept their head up high, not wanting to show any emotions.

y/n still remembered that breakup vividly.

"i don't think i can do this anymore, camilo," y/n muttered out sadly.

camilo furrowed his brows, "what are you talking about?"

they gulped, struggling to get their words out. "i wanna break up," they sighed.

"oh," was all he said.

he didn't even look sad. he looked happy, relieved even. it angered y/n.

now camilo was off with another girl. the same girl that he constantly told them to not worry about.

a tear ran down their cheek.
