To write a shy character especially if it's anime or whatever
Is to minimize the stuttering easy enough right
Do not let your character stutter a lot it is annoying as fuck
Let's just write it like this
Step 1
A shy person always has a whisper or muttering like voice
It's a shy character so just make it the voice quiet or not audible around the people
Step 2
I'm gonna loose my mind for this

DO NOT MAKE IT A CLUMSY OK!
some shy people are not that clumsy so
Let's write it as a shy character that is always quiet and not clumsy
Step 3
Make the oc/reader insert outfit fit for her
Now i know i know just do not over use it think of an appropriate clothing for the setting got it if not ......

Do not write the shy character wrong
If it is a shy character give a reason why she/he/they are shy
If you write a non understandable description well fuck write again
