"If her brother is going to be there, how am I going to get private time with her? I want her to myself!" Jimin fell to his knees in front of Taehyung, making the brunette gulp nervously. "I need you to go with me! That way you can keep her brother company so he won't be third-wheeling and disturbing our precious time!"
"But I don't even know the guy, Chim!"

"YOU?!" They both yelled at each other simultaneously, pointing their index fingers at one another. Jungkook's jaw fell to the ground as he eyed the older from top to bottom. Meanwhile, Taehyung was definitely not happy.
Who would be happy to find out that your roommate's girlfriend's brother was your ex-best friend who you used have a crush on?

"How many rooms would you like?" The receptionist asked, signing in everyone's names.
"Two please." Jimin stated, not knowing the surprised faces of his two buddies behind him.
"What the fuck?!" Jungkook yelled before pulling Jimin back by his collar. The older whined as he shrugged Jungkook's hold off him. "May I ask why TWO?!"
"One for me and my girlfriend and one for you and Tae." Jimin calmly spoke, putting his arm over you. You responded with a warm smile and a firm nod in confirmation.
"Since you and Tae know each other since childhood, that shouldn't be a problem, riiiiight?"

"Listen, for Y/N and Chim's sake... I'm prepared to put behind whatever has happened in the past for now." Taehyung spoke gently, facing a confused looking Jungkook. "I want to see them happy. And I can go through pain for them, no lie."
"And by pain you mean..." Jungkook lifted his finger up to point at himself. "Me?"
"Exactly."

"Gosh, I really don't like seeing them like this." Jimin sighed, laying down on the bed looking all depressed. "They're so close... yet so far."
You nodded, lifting Jimin up so you could massage his shoulders. "We've got to put back together their missing pieces of the puzzle, fix their broken parts! And for that... I have a plan."

As Jungkook continued taking photos of the grinning brunette, he couldn't help but smile himself. He couldn't help but watch in adoration. Jungkook had to admit, Taehyung can be so god damn cute.
And sometimes, he really did miss the times they had. The times when he would love to call Taehyung cute freely, pinch his squishy cheeks, and have him... all to himself.

"If only things didn't go the way they did..." Taehyung sighed, a deep chuckle leaving his lips. He stroked his hair back before shifting his gaze to the dark-haired male sitting beside him. "Things would've been a lot different between us, Jungkook."
"Blame yourself." Jungkook stood up, dusting off his clothes, not bothering to help the brunette up. "You're the cause of... whatever this is between us. This feeling of regret, sadness, dark emotions in our hearts, it's your fault!"
