I don't own Harry Potter or any of the other genius ideas of J.K. Rowling.

Chapter 1

Albus Severus Potter stood nervously in the Grand Hall with the other first years, waiting for their names to be called. Albus glanced at his brother, James, who was smirking at the sight of his younger brother in terror, then quickly looked back to Professor McGonagall as she called out the name of the quirky-looking blonde next to him, named Olivia Payton. "I'm next" he muttered under his breath as the old, black, talking hat called out that Olivia was in Ravenclaw.

"Albus Potter!" called McGonagall, with quite a bit more pride by hearing those two names combined into one, hopefully, wonderful person's name. Albus took his time in getting up to the rickety old stool to see how many whispers he would start, but as soon as he turned around his stomach did a flip.

The whole school was looking at him, even the ghosts, as if he were a celebrity or a criminal. The intensity of the combined gazes made him look to the floor to escape them. He climbed on the tall, rickety, wooden stool and he waited for what seemed like forever to have the sorting hat placed on his untidy head of dark brown hair.

As soon as the hat touched his head the hat cried with delight "I am on the head of yet another Potter, am I! The decision should be obvious... and yet, you are quite different from your parents, and your older brother, aren't you. You have the wits of a Ravenclaw, and the longing for truth like a Hufflepuff. Gryffindor is the house, I can tell, you really want to go to, and you wouldn't to badly. Even Slytherin wouldn't be a bad house for you..." The Hat went back and forth like this for what felt like an eternity, when it came to a decision. "You have quite a mind, Mr. Potter, but you would be best in... RAVENCLAW!" The black hat yelled to the school. Almost at once, whispers ran through the great hall like a raging fire, starting small but growing so large, so fast, that it hurts to look at, or in this case, hear. When Al was about halfway to the 3rd table to the right, his house erupted in cheers, calming his fears of rejection and settling the worry that had wormed it's way into his stomach. Without even noticing, a smile spread across his face, and subconsciously his walk turned into a light jog.

He sat down next to a first year that, gladly, he knew. This first year happened to be Gillian Longbottom, The first child of Professor Neville Longbottom. She had light brown hair that came down to her shoulder, and vivid, almost electrifying blue eyes. She turned to him, with a zoned-out look when she snapped out of her gaze and it shifted to him. "Al!" she yelled in complete happiness and shock. Jumping out of her seat, she bolted to him and gave him a leaping hug. "I'm so glad your in my house! Now I won't be alone with Angela Malfoy..." He looked shocked and glanced down the table to see a small blonde girl with large, sparkling green eyes and a pair of silver rimmed glasses sitting on her nose.

"Did you say Malfoy? As in Draco Malfoy's child!" with a shrug, Gillian sat back down and motioned for him to do the same.

Hello, this is my first Fanfiction on Wattpad, so I do hope you guys like it. I firmly believe that J.K. Rowling messed up the last book, so in the fanfic, Fred is not dead, and neither are lupin or Tonks, so they will be fetured. And I know that Draco had a son, not a daughter, so I'm making this his twin. I hope you like it, so please...... VOTE, COMMENT, AND FAN!!

p.s. And yes, I relise this is REALLY short, and they will get longer, but I wanted to get it out there and my computer had to be retarded and get a virus, so I have to wait until a friend fixes it. Until the next chappie, BYE!!!!!
