That's one of my favorite quotes. It's like the reality of fear.
You're not afraid of the dark. You're afraid of what's in the dark.
I know it sounds stupid, and it probably is, but, once you except your fears, and except that it's okay to be scared or afraid, everything is easier. Because you understand yourself a little more, and you become stronger believe it or not. It's breathtaking. Life is so much easier. You take notice of the finer things of life, you're more positive, and life gives you positives back. You get so many lemons in life, and you are okay. You're surviving because you understand fear. It's beautiful.
